Rachel is a qualified Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people feel and perform at their best. She has worked with elite athletes in the NRL, Rugby, and Aleague. Rachel is trained in Kinesiology, Stretch Kinetics, Group Fitness instruction and currently working towards her Personal Training qualification. She brings a well-rounded approach to health, movement and recovery.
